What can human learn from natural disasters? Disasters are like diseases.
Our body is resembled to nature. Diseases are like
disasters. But what are the causes of disasters.
Just like recent flood in Jammu & Kashmir in India,
reasons behind this flood were man’s made. Blinded construction and unawareness
about surrounding activities produced such a dangerous flood.
Last year Kedar Nath flood was also destructive at large
scale. Human’s activities played a main role in that disaster.
Same is applicable to our body. Anyone can compare human
body to nature. What we are doing to our body, this is the main cause of
diseases.
Unhealthy living style, food habits carry us toward diseases,
our self made disasters. Plastics are main cause of sewerage blockage and then
what happens when we eat plastic. Our internal system is not made for unnatural
and chemically processed products. This is compatible only for products that
are easily digestible and absorbed through body cells.
How can you prevent yourself from diseases?
It is as simple as you can convert your lifestyle into
natural form. Is this possible for anyone to live a totally natural life? In
today circumstances, in metro cities, even in small cities, it is not possible.
Fast moving life also makes it difficult to think regarding our lifestyle and
try to change it.
Until we don’t fell in disease, we don’t think so. In
disease we do the same mistake as we were doing. We are getting chemicals to
treat diseases and our body is not for chemicals.
Few food habits that should be changed:

Take full meal in morning. Don’t eat things make
of farina. Don’t be empty stomach in morning.

You can take heavy lunch but dinner should in
light. Either you can skip dinner if you want.
·
Eat only seasonal fruits. Out of season’s vegetables
and fruits is dangerous for body. These are preserved by use of preservatives.
These don’t have nutrients.

Don’t drink any liquid during eating.
·
Soft Drinks should be avoided at any cost.
·
Fast foods and packed foods are like slow
poisons. Don’t eat them.
·
Most important thing you should fix your eating
time. Don’t eat every time. Your digestive system also needs rest.
Few living habits that should be changed:
·
Wake up early in morning. Go to bed early in
evening.
·
Should have proper sleeping habit and time.
·
Don’t unnecessary use perfumes and cosmetic
products.
·
Read carefully all the ingredients before use.
Don’t run to the advertisement. Most of advertisers hide important facts.
·
Make your living simple. Simple, egoless and jealousness
free people live healthy life as compared to opposite people.
Before doing anything, think only one thing. You are part of
nature and you can’t live healthy without being natural.
