is a good nervion tonic mainly used for mental fatique. It is effective in
metal disorders, stomach disorders and sexual disorders.

kudzu (Pueraria tuberose)

Arjuna
(Teminalia arjuna)

Indian sandalwood (Santalum album) etc.

Doses:
12 – 24 ml.
one or two times a day usually advised after food. If needed, equal quantity of
water can be added before consumption. Traditional dose is – 24 ml.

In higher doses, it causes digestive upset.

Contraindications:
In
pregnancy or lactation, it should be avoided or used under medical supervision.
It should also avoid in peptic ulcer and thyroid.
