Hingwashtak Churna : Easy Digestion



Hingwastak churna is made-up of common herbs to treat indigestion and stomach problems.  Saindhava Namak ( Rock Salt ) is used in the formulation of Hingwastak churna which is known for its good digestion effect. Hingwastak Churna mainly contains very safe and easily available herbal spices. 
Ingredients:

  • Ginger churna
  • Long pepper churna
  • Black pepper churna
  • Ajwain churna (Ajamoda)
  • Saindhava Namak (Rock Salt or edible Salt )
  • Jeera Churna (Black and White Cumin seeds)
  • Hing Churna (Asafoetida)


Taken with Ghee: Purified Butter

Cautions:

It is not advised to take the Hingwastak churna without medical advice. Persons with hemorrhoids, peptic ulcer should avoid or use Hingwastak churna under supervision of medical practitioner. Pregnant women should also consume Hingwastak churna under medical supervision.
