How to live 100 years of life?
According to Ayurveda, life span of a person is
considered to be 100 years. Ayurveda mentions number of ways and methods to
live a healthy life span. One can attain 100 years life span without any
disease and difficulties if he follows all rituals mentioned in Ayurveda.
Ayurveda also tell us reasons why person couldn’t
get healthy life span and finds untimely death. If we consider, our body a
vehicle, every vehicle has its own life span and gets degradation timely. If
maintained and perished properly it lives it life without any breakage and
disturbance. But in same way if not properly cared, overloaded, rough and
broken roads, it will require extra care or otherwise will be depreciated
before time.
Every person has different body structure,
different body constitution so that Ayurveda mention different treatment and
living procedures for different persons. But in modern healthcare system, we
find lack of this thing. Mainly reasons may be possible for diseased and
untimely death. Diet is not taken according to Agni, irregular meals, over
exertion, complicated body postures, over indulgence in intercourse, company of
ignoble person, suppression of impelled urges, non suppression of suppressible
urges, poisonous wind and fire, infliction with organisms, injuries, and
avoidance of food and medicaments are few for unhealthy conditions and untimely
death.
With few above causes, Charak Samhita also
describe about deeds and their effect at our life and health. Two type of deeds
are mentioned: 1) Daivya 2)
Puruskara
Daivya deeds are the deeds self done in previous
life and Puruskara deeds are the deeds self done in present life.
Ayurveda is not just a science. It is guidance,
how we can live a better life. Every person has unique physiology and
psychology like our finger prints and faces. To live healthy life, we have to
understand about our physiology and psychology. Then only we can follow what it
is good for us to live healthy and happy.
We can’t apply other’s routine and diet to us. If
something is good for them, it is not sure; it will be good for us too. Every
person can’t succeed in same field, because they carry different natures and
qualities. Likewise same living technique can’t provide benefits to all. That
may also be applicable to health and treatment therapy also.
Ayurveda doesn’t consider every person at same
way. Ayurveda divide human body in three Dosha’s and five elements. Every
person has unique combination of these Tri-Dosha’s and elements. And this
combination makes Human Nature and treatment provided according to their
Nature.
