15 Health Tips for stronger and Healthy Body!


In this article, we are discussing few home remedies and formulas for reinforcing our body and give strength to muscles and veins.

1.    Constipation is source of most of diseases. For preventing constipation, one should eat food slowly and chew properly. Drink 2-3 glass of water empty stomach in morning.

2.    Drinking 2 lt. water in a day, clears toxins from body.

3.    Eat 2-3 bananas in morning with 250 ml milk, make body stronger and reinforce whole body.

4.    Mix one teaspoon full pure Ghee in slightly warm milk and take before sleep will provide strength to body.

5.    Eat powdered rock sugar (पिसी मिश्री) in milk cream provides strength and power to body and muscles.

6.    Make powder of almond and mix it with milk. Drink it. It will provide strength to the body

7.    Take fresh butter and mix it with rock sugar (मिश्री). Eat it and Don’t drink water after eating this.

8.    Take half lit. of milk and 50 gm of Urad Dal. Make dish from it i.e. Kheer. This Kheer will provide reinforcement to whole body.

9.    One teaspoonful ashawgandh , one teaspoonful rock sugar and mix it with 250 ml milk. Take this in morning and night. Sleep after clearing teeth in night. You will find difference in 40 days.

10.  Make powder of Safed Musli or Dholi musli. Take one teaspoonful this powder and one teaspoonful of rock sugar with 250 ml milk two times in day(morning & evening).

11.  Eat seasonal fruits with food in morning and evening.

12.  Taking one teaspoonful honey in 250 ml cold milk clean blood and increase hemoglobin level.

13.  Onion juice 2 teaspoonful, Honey 1 teaspoonful, Ghee 1/4th teaspoonful. Mix all and eat it. This formula improves sex power.

14.  Stop eating junk food and drinking soft drinks. Always use fresh and healthy food and, Milk or juice etc to drink.

15.  Daily go for morning walk according to your capacity.
