Constipation is considered as mother of all
diseases. Eating healthy is important but that should be digested easily and
purely, and wastage should be easily come out from body. This process keeps
human healthy and prevents from diseases. We take medication regularly to get
relief from constipation. But in our kitchen, all remedies are available that
prevents constipation. So, why to take medication while we prevent constipation
easily? Try out following home remedies to keep it easy in morning.
1. Fully
ripped tomato juice gives relief in old constipation and also provides strengths
to the intestine.
2. Take
1 to 2 teaspoonful of Linseed seed before sleep at night will clear your stomach.
3. Put
Anjir in water overnight and eat it empty stomach clears the stomach
4. Carrot’s
juice prevents constipation if drinks daily. It also prevents from Piles.
5. Mix Giloy
powder with equal quantity of Sugar Cane (गुड़). Take 2 Teaspoonful in night before sleep.
6. Ajwain churn 10 gm
Triphala churn 10 gm
Rock Salt 10 gm
Mix well and take 3 to 5 gm daily with warm water cures all type
of constipation
7. Take
1 tsb of Fenugreek(Methi) seeds in night before sleep. It removes constipation.
8. Boil
4 tsb Fennel in 1 glass of water till the water level reduced to half. Filter
it and drinking this water prevents constipation.
9. In lemon juice add
rock salt and take it with water empty stomach. It clears stomack
10. Put 20 gm Triphala Churna in water. Keep it overnight. Filter and
drink this water empty stomach cures constipation in few days.
11. Honey is beneficial in constipation. Take 1 tsb of honey with 1
glass of water treats constipation if used regularly.
12. Make churn of Hurd every
night and take it with warm water daily cures constipation and prevents gas
formation in stomach.
13. Take Custard oil with milk daily in night. It
clarifies stomach.
14. Isabgul husk is miracle
in constipation. Take it with water or milk in night before sleep.
15. Ripped Papaya and Guava
is best remedies for constipation. Eat them at any time.
16. Keep Raisins in water for some time. Then eat these Raisins, cures constipation.
17. Spinach’s juice and
vegetable is helpful in preventing constipation.
18. Yoga and exercises are
also best way to prevent constipation
19. Don’t eat fast food and
market foods. Always eat less than hunger.
