Ayurveda is eternal, Ayurveda is universal.

Image
Ayurveda is eternal in nature because its beginning-less-ness and endless-ness, because the characters of entities are determined by universal nature and the characters of all substances are eternal. Like flow of life that was never non-existence, Ayurveda was never non-existence. Pleasure (state of health) and Pain (state of disease) along with other material factors are also eternal. Causes and symptoms, because of their inter-relationship, are also eternal. The law of Similar and the law of Opposites are also eternal. Five elements i.e. Air, Water, Soil, Fire and sky are eternal, and their properties are also eternal. Ayurveda term is totally eternal. It can’t be limited or explained by words or sentences. Ayurveda is based upon three dosha i.e. Kapha, Pitta and Usna. These dosha’s are also eternal in nature. Their properties are also eternal in nature. If anyone wants to know about Ayurveda, he must have to learn about eternity of Ayurveda and its components

PM also said the one of biggest challenge to Ayurveda comes from people who have dedicated their life to it but they too don't trust it fully. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's concern about Ayurveda is true. I know a large group of Ayurvedic Vadyas and B.A.M.S. doctors that are dedicated toward their work and professions. But when comes to treatment, they also add allopathic medicines in their prescription. Even for mineral and vitamin's need, they prefer allopathic or food products instead of tradition Ayurvedic medicines or foods. In reality, that is a biggest challenge. Until Ayurvedic Professionals will not believe in Ayurvedic treatment, patients will not believe in Ayurveda.  On net or social media, everywhere herbal and Ayurvedic system is getting recognition but if we can

Vitamin B12 : Uses, Deficiency and Adverse effects

Today we will know about Vitamin B12 -- also Known as Cobalamin – is a water soluble Vitamin.  Vitamin B12 mainly used in the normal functioning of brain and nervous system and formation of blood. Vitamin B12 doesn’t produce naturally by any plant, animal or fungi. Vitamin B12 is produced only by bacterial synthesis. Many foods are natural source of Vitamin B12 but Vitamin B12 present in these plants is because of bacterial symbiosis. A common semi-synthetic form of the vitamin,   cyanocobalamin, does not occur in nature, but is produced from bacterial hydroxocobalamin and then used in many pharmaceuticals and supplements, and as a food additive, because of its stability and lower production cost. In the body it is converted to the human physiological forms methylcobalamin and 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin, leaving behind the cyanide, albeit in minimal concentration. More recently, hydroxocobalamin, methylcobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin can be found in more expensive pharma
